I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 25 years working alongside individuals to improve their Mental Health and increase their Mental Wellness. As well, I integrate a number of different therapeutic approaches into my practice and seek to fit the approach to the individual needs, preferences, and strengths of each person. My work has been centred around anxiety, low mood, self image/confidence and relational issues. Together, we will explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that may have you feeling stuck. We will work together to change these patterns to identify and reframe beliefs about yourself and the world around you.I have worked with people of all ages and stages of life.
